I hold several certifications in herbalism, including Herbalism: Professional Herbalist; Herbalism: stress, anxiety, insomnia remedies; Herbalism: Longevity Herb Recipes; Herbalism: Medicinal Kitchen Herbs/Spices.

I am also a certified mindfulness practitioner.
